These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the PacketRUN websites (packet.run, packetrun.com, packetrun.net), applications, and services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing our websites or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use PacketRUN.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised Terms on our website and update the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of PacketRUN after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using our Services.

2. Eligibility and Registration

You must be at least 18 years old to use PacketRUN. If you are under 18, you may only use our Services under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms.

When you create an account, you receive a randomly generated account number. This is your sole credential — there is no email or password required. You are responsible for keeping your account number secure and for all activities under your account. Optionally, you may link an email address for account recovery. If you suspect unauthorized use, contact us immediately.

3. Our Services

PacketRUN provides virtual private network (VPN) services that encrypt your internet traffic and mask your IP address. When you connect to PacketRUN, your data is routed through our secure servers in various locations worldwide.

As part of our commitment to privacy, PacketRUN maintains a strict no-logs policy. We do not collect, store, or share any information about your online activities while connected to our VPN, including browsing history, traffic destination, or data content. We store only the minimum information necessary for service operation.

We are against any illegal, criminal, or fraudulent actions committed when using PacketRUN Services. Since we do not store information about your actions while using the Services, you are solely responsible for such actions.

While we strive to provide a reliable and secure service, PacketRUN cannot guarantee that our Services will always be available or error-free. We may temporarily suspend access for maintenance, upgrades, or other reasons.

4. Acceptable Use

When using PacketRUN, you must comply with these Terms and all applicable laws. You agree not to use PacketRUN for any unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent purposes, including:

• Using our Services for any illegal activity
• Violating intellectual property rights
• Engaging in harassment, threats, or inciting violence
• Transmitting spam, malware, viruses, or other malicious content
• Attempting unauthorized access to PacketRUN systems or other users' devices
• Interfering with the performance of PacketRUN services or servers
• Reselling or redistributing PacketRUN services without written permission
• Circumventing security features, access restrictions, or usage limits
• Abusing our refund policy, payment systems, or promotional offers

PacketRUN reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate action against anyone who violates these terms, including terminating their account without notice.

5. Fair Use

All PacketRUN subscriptions are intended for reasonable personal use. Our Services are not designed for large-scale commercial use or redistribution to multiple users.

While we do not set fixed limits on bandwidth, we reserve the right to monitor usage patterns and take action against accounts that are not using our Services fairly or are negatively impacting network performance. If we determine that your usage violates these fair use terms, we may:

• Contact you to discuss your usage
• Throttle your connection speeds or limit available server locations
• Suspend or terminate your account without notice or refund

6. Subscriptions and Payments

PacketRUN offers various paid subscription plans. The specific terms of each plan are described on our website at the time of purchase.

When you purchase a subscription, you agree to pay the applicable fees and any taxes. Subscription prices are subject to change; we will notify you in advance of any price increases.

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. The exact amount charged may vary from the listed price due to currency conversions or fees charged by your payment provider.

7. Refunds

If you are not satisfied with our Services, you may request a refund within 14 calendar days of your initial purchase.

This guarantee applies exclusively to the first purchase from a unique user account. Repeat purchases, subscription renewals, and additional orders are not eligible for a refund.

Cryptocurrency payments cannot be refunded for technical reasons. In these cases, an equivalent credit will be applied to your account balance.

PacketRUN reserves the right to withhold a refund if we determine that you have violated these Terms.

8. Intellectual Property

The PacketRUN website, applications, services, and all associated content are the property of PacketRUN and its licensors, protected by intellectual property laws.

These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use PacketRUN for your personal, non-commercial purposes.

You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works of PacketRUN without prior written consent.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

PacketRUN is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis, without any warranties, express or implied.

We do not warrant that PacketRUN will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. PacketRUN is not liable for any failures, delays, or interruptions, or any data loss or breach that may occur.

PacketRUN cannot guarantee stable connections to all VPN locations at all times. Service disruptions may result from actions by government authorities or internet service providers. PacketRUN is not responsible for such disruptions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PacketRUN shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Services.

Our total aggregate liability shall be limited to the subscription fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PacketRUN from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of your use of our Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

11. Force Majeure

PacketRUN shall not be responsible for service disruptions due to events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, wars, power outages, governmental actions or restrictions (including internet censorship or blocking), internet disruptions, or third-party service failures.

12. Termination

PacketRUN reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access at any time, without prior notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms.

If your account is terminated due to a breach, you will not receive a refund for prepaid subscription fees.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Refunds will not be issued for partial billing periods, except as provided in the Refunds section.

13. Modifications and Severability

PacketRUN reserves the right to modify our Services at any time. In the event of a material change or discontinued Service, we will notify subscribers and provide a prorated refund for any unused portion.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force. Our failure to enforce any right shall not be considered a waiver.

14. Prevailing Language

The original language of these Terms is English. PacketRUN may provide translated versions as a courtesy. In the event of any conflict between the English version and a translation, the English version shall prevail.
